Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous Muay Thai experience to train here?

Not at all. We welcome everyone from complete beginners to professional fighters. Our group classes are structured so coaches can give individual attention regardless of your level.

What should I bring to a training session?

Comfortable workout clothing, a towel, and a water bottle. You don't need to bring any equipment on your first day. Gloves and gear are available to hire at the gym or purchase from our Fight Store.

What does a typical training day look like?

Most guests train twice a day. Morning sessions from 7:30 AM and afternoon from 4:00 PM. Each session is 1.5–2 hours including warm-up, technique drills, padwork, bag work, clinch, and conditioning.

How do I get from Phuket Airport to the gym?

Phuket Airport is about 20–25 minutes away. The easiest option is the Grab app (400–600 THB) or a taxi from arrivals (800–1,000 THB). Contact us before your arrival and we can help arrange a pickup.

Do you offer accommodation?

Yes. We have private villas just steps from the gym, designed for fighters and guests who want to stay close to the action. See our Accommodation page for details and photos.
